Friends of Kailua High School, a Hawaii non profit corporation that supports Kailua High School, is happy to announce a $25,000 donation to Friends by the grateful parents of alumni Annie, Nina, and Michele. All of these Kailua High graduates went on to earn doctorate decrees from various universities.
The funds will be used at Kailua High to support the science education programs (purchasing supplies and equipment), and redoing the air conditioning system in the computer facility at Kailua High School. Any remaining funds, will be used to replace small band instruments.
